Venue + standard furniture only -

• up to 6 hours of occupancy

• NO ALCOHOL (must add in house bartender or hire licensed bartender)

• 21+ after 12:30 am for all events with hard liquor

• No event attendant on site (on call assistance available)

• No table decor or table cloths included

• Cleaning not included

  • take out trash to dumpster

  • remove all belongings and anything you brought into the space, including food

  • Sweep floors

  • wipe counters

  • Clean buffet if used
