Alcohol Policy
At RSVD, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Clients are welcome to provide their own alcohol, but please note that RSVD policies are firm and designed to keep guests and staff safe.
STRICT POLICIES & ENFORCEMENT
1. Alcohol Responsibility & Oversight

All alcohol brought into the venue is the sole responsibility of the client, even if served by a certified bartender or vendor. Make sure your guests know and respect the rules to prevent event termination.

All alcohol must be served by the bartender. No self-serve, coolers, bottle service setups, or personal bottles allowed inside the venue or in the parking lot.

No re-entry with alcohol — once checked in, all alcohol must remain behind the bar.
2. Consumption Rules

No straight shots will be served, except for one celebratory round (must be pre-approved).

No doubles, oversized pours, or rapid back-to-back drinks.

Bartenders will cut off guests who appear intoxicated — no exceptions.

Last call is 30 minutes before the end of the event.

RSVD staff may end bar service at ANY time if alcohol consumption becomes excessive or unsafe, OR if guests become too disorderly or aggressive.
3. Safety & Compliance

Illegal drug use

Alcohol consumption by minors (valid ID may be required)

Unsafe or disruptive behavior

If the event becomes rowdy or guests become overly intoxicated, RSVD reserves the right to shut down the party immediately with no refund.

Any vomit, bodily fluids, or excessive mess will result in a minimum $500 biohazard cleaning fee.
Please drink responsibly. Your cooperation ensures a safe, classy, and memorable event for everyone.
Bartender Service
When you book our bartender we will provide the ice, plastic cups, and straws for the bar.
Soft drinks, garnishes, water, mixers, liquor and syrups are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Additional Rules

All requests must be received in writing to your original email thread and approved to be validated and confirmed by Victoria.

No glitter, confetti , or confetti balloons -$400 fee for any glitter/confetti left behind
-
Hanging anything from the ceiling or walls is not allowed. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed back materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed for repair.

Renter and Vendors are responsible to remove all trash from the building and place in the provided bins. Failure to do so, will result in additional charges starting at $30 per bag of trash .

Everything must be removed from the building at the end of the event, no rentals, furniture, or guests’ belongings can be left in the building. Anything left behind will be disposed of.

DEPOSIT + PAYMENTS
A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE DATE ON ALL BOOKINGS. THIS POLICY IS FIRM.

*Your full balance is due 14 days prior to your event to avoid cancellation or late fees of $25/day.

*NO REFUNDS or Transfers will be issued on any payments made.
Payments may be made via Cashier's check to VICTORIA HOLMES or via zelle to Victoria@4theculturestudio.com .
Name, Event date and time should go in the memo line of all payments.
Credit cards are not accepted due to increase in credit card fraud.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS
A REFUNDABLE $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
PLEASE RESPECT THE SPACE
No sitting on tables , no standing on chairs, chew gum responsibly, and no smoking indoors.
Renter is responsible for all event staff and upkeep during the event. Event attendants can be provided for an additional cost.
IF NO DAMAGES OCCUR, YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Request it via Zelle to Victoria@4theculturestudio.com

CLEANING
ALL trash, including plates and cups , must be placed in the provided trash bags.
Everything you bring into the space must be removed by you.
If you did not pay for cleaning service you will also need to:

sweep/mop any spills

take all trash to dumpster

wipe down counters and food pans if used
-
return the space in the same condition that you received it

FREE TABLE DECOR
RSVD provides complimentary table décor for select bookings to elevate the overall experience. .
Clients may:

Choose one accent color

Let us know if there are specific items you do NOT want (e.g., no florals, or candles only, etc.)

Submit inspiration photos (used for general direction only — not as a guarantee)
Please note:

There are no free consultations.

Final design decisions are made by our team based on our brand's style, inventory, and your selected preferences

This is not a custom design service —no detailed planning, themes or client approval
Our décor assistant will thoughtfully style your tables using your selected color and preferences, but all design is done at our creative discretion to ensure a cohesive, elegant look unique to RSVD.
